Training Facilities

20m x 40m flood lit all weather arena
A full set of show jumps in our grass jumping field subject to the time of year,
A floodlit covered four-horse walker and a surfaced round pen

Yard facilities

Our well-ventilated timber stables are fitted with thick rubber matting and automatic drinkers, ensuring comfort and hygiene for every horse.

Grazing

We have approximately 40 acres of well-maintained individual paddocks all securely fenced and fitted with automatic field drinkers.
We are proud to produce our own hay and Haylage helping us maintain a constant supply throughout the year.

Hacking

The yard is situated in a beautiful and peaceful rural location surrounded by miles of quiet country lanes and off-road hacking.

Stabling & Yard Facilities

We currently have:
Twelve light and airy 12ft x 12ft wooden stables, Eight Loddon boxes.
All stables are fitted with hay mangers and automatic water drinkers
A heated, secure tack room
Hot horse shower and clipping bay
Toilet and shower facilities
Kitchen facilities
CCTV covering the entire yard
Owner living on site, providing additional security and peace of mind

Turnout

We offer individual turnout, with shared turnout also available if preferred subject to availability.
Our fields are well-maintained and securely fenced with mains electric fencing, and all have access to automatic water troughs.
We have separate summer and winter turnout fields, with fields of approximately one acre available, allowing us to manage turnout carefully throughout the year and provide the best possible conditions for your horse.

Training Facilities

A 20m x 40m floodlit all-weather arena with a silica sand and fibre surface
A full set of show jumps in our grass jumping field, subject to the time of year
A floodlit, covered four-horse mechanical horse walker with a sand and fibre surface
A round pen with a sand and fibre surface

Hacking

The yard is situated in a beautiful and peaceful rural location, surrounded by miles of quiet country lanes and off-road hacking, making it an ideal base for enjoying the local Norfolk countryside.
We aim to provide everything you and your horse need in a safe, friendly and relaxed environment, offering a long-term livery home where both you and your horse can feel comfortable, happy and well cared for

Veterinary & Equine Care

We are fortunate to have Wood farm vet and independent large Animal veterinary practice base just 20 minutes away in Kimberley as our yard Vet.
They provide convenient access to professional veterinary care when needed including a free monthly yard callout day.
We also work closely with a number of excellent local equine specialists including experienced farriers physiotherapists and chiropractors and equine dentists that all visit the yard regularly’
Our fields are well maintained and securely fenced with mains electric fencing and all have automatic water troughs. We have separate summer winter turnout fields with fields of approximately 1 acre available allow allowing us to manage turnout carefully throughout the year and provide the best possible conditions.
Secure tack room - each livery has their own secure storage space with room for two saddle is a trunk and other equipment giving you plenty of space to keep everything together and close at hand.
The tack room is also protected by Cctv and an alarm system giving you extra peace of mind.
Hot Horse shower and clipping Bay, toilet and shower block and kitchen facilities.
